Early Life & Education
Dr. Arcot Bhargavi was born on 26 October 1998 in Quthbullapur, Rangareddy district (now Telangana). Her father, Arcot Nageswara Rao, is self-employed in finance management, and her mother, Arcot Saraswathi, is a private Hindi teacher. Her brother, Arcot Kalyan, is an entrepreneur.
She completed her Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from TVR Model High School, IDA Jeedimetla, in 2013. She completed her Intermediate from Sri Gayatri Junior College, Chintal, in 2015. She completed her Bachelor’s from Jagruthi Women’s Degree College, Boduppal, in 2019 and later completed her Post Graduation from St. Xavier’s in 2023.
Career
Dr. Arcot Bhargavi started her career in the domestic recruitment, HR operations, and US staffing services sectors. With her talent acquisition, workforce management, and HR leadership expertise, she has established herself as a competent and goal-oriented HR professional.
Later, she worked together with Devi Santosh Kumar Karakavalasa and then became the Managing Director. Currently, she is working as the Managing Director cum HR Operations at R&D Ideal Bridge Pvt. Ltd. She is managing the strategic HR operations, recruitment management, and organizational development at the company.
