Early Life & Education
Dr. Devi Santosh Kumar Karakavalasa was born in B.J. Puram village, Jiyyammavalasa Mandal, Manyam district, Andhra Pradesh, India. He completed his schooling at Janahita Public School in Parvathipuram and later pursued his intermediate education at Sri Chaitanya Junior College, Visakhapatnam. During his academic journey, he achieved notable scores in JEE Mains Paper 1 and Paper 2, securing 99% and 98% respectively. He later completed postgraduate qualifications including MIA, MA, and D.Ed. He experienced major personal difficulties because his mother, Late Venkata Ramani, died from a heart stroke in 2017. In 2025, his father, Late Venkata Ramana Murthy, died in a road accident.
Career
Dr. Devi Santosh Kumar Karakavalasa started his career in 2017 and built his professional path through different work areas which included education, technology, sales, financial services, and aviation. He began his career as an educator who taught at schools before he transitioned into a Tableau developer role in the technology industry.
He worked in sales and operations for EdTech companies while he also held positions in financial services and recovery departments. He eventually advanced his career to become a communication manager for the aviation industry. The combination of his different work experiences gave him a complete understanding of how businesses operate and their employment systems plus the challenges they face.
In 2025, he founded R&D Ideal Bridge Pvt Ltd, a platform designed to connect entrepreneurs with investors through a structured project ecosystem. The platform enables entrepreneurs to present innovative startup ideas while allowing investors to identify viable and promising business opportunities.
